KiwiTechnics Terms and Conditions All   upgrades   we   sell   require   professional   installation   and/or   a   high   mechanical   aptitude.   We   do   not   accept   returns   of   products   that   are   used,   improperly   installed   or damaged   and   we   are   not   responsible   for   any   damage   as   a   result   of   use   or   installation   of   our   parts   unless   installed   by   a   recognised   technician   and   warranty   is expressed prior to purchase. All   products   have   a   one   year   RTB   (return   to   Base)   warranty.   Any   refunds   given   or   repairs   or   replacements   made   will   only   come   after   the   item   is   returned   and inspected   by   Kiwitechnics   Ltd   at   our   facilities   in   Auckland,   New   Zealand.   All   shipping   is   the   responsibility   of   the   customer   and   no   shipping   charges   will   be   refunded by Kiwitechnics Ltd unless refunded by the carrier. Photos are not acceptable in place of physical inspection. Firmware   updates   are   made   at   the   customers   risk.   While   every   effort   has   been   made   to   make   an   error   free   update   system   the   cpu   is   rewriting   it’s   own   program code   during   this   proceedure   and   a   corrupt   file   or   power   problems   have   the   potential   to   render   the   cpu   with   non   functioning   code.   This   can   be   repaired   at   the factory under the above warranty. Items shipped without tracking are at the customers risk. Restocking fees may apply, and any item refused return will be returned at the customers expense. Customs documents will only reflect the actual price and wont be adjusted to circumvent international postal and tax regulations.
